Celebrating Honey Candles' 25th Anniversary

Honey Candles is 25 years old this year! Over the years Honey Candles has grown and evolved but we have always remained true to our passion for handcrafting beautiful candles made from pure Canadian beeswax. We feel so fortunate to work with all-natural materials while supporting beekeepers and pollinator populations and providing healthy and environmentally friendly candle options, all from our stunning home in Kaslo, British Columbia.

Honey Candles has been a family affair since 2000 when the previous owners Leah and Roy joined the organization. With the belief that quality and elegance didn’t have to be sacrificed to offer a natural product, the pair grew Honey Candles into the organization we have all come to know and love. When the time came for Leah & Roy to retire the torch was passed to their daughter and son-in-law, current owners Alecia and Stephen. Together with their 3 young daughters by their side, they continue the legacy of quality craftsmanship while staying current with new product, service and brand innovations.

As we look to the future, we also strive to make positive changes that support healthy bee populations, and the environment. These initiatives include reducing our waste and plastic use. You may have noticed our new products launched with minimal or recyclable kraft cardboard and a switch to cardboard boxes for all our party candles.  As we continue to work towards more sustainable improvements,  keep your eyes open for more changes in the future.

We are so happy to be celebrating our 25^th anniversary and we are grateful to our dedicated customers who have supported us over the years.
