Like all beeswax Honey Candles, the Floating Lotus Blossoms are all natural and non-toxic. They are also dyed with enviro-dye, a non-hazardous, environmentally friendly dye. A unique feature of the Floating Lotus Blossom is that they can be burned as a beeswax floating candle or on a plate as an ornamental candle. When burning in water, these handmade beeswax floating candles burn for 2-3 hours. Alternatively, when burned on a plate, as an ornamental, they burn for 4-5 hours. The combination of the warm amber glow of the blossoms and the reflections off the water, make for a peaceful and relaxing burning experience.
