beeswax decorative candlesHoney Candles® beeswax candles are not your average gift at Christmas time. There are some important considerations when you are thinking of giving a gift. If you have someone on your list that holds one or more of the following values close their heart beeswax candles might be something that you might think about for them:

  • loves everything natural
  • likes to support made in Canada rather than import from China
  • cares for the environment
  • appreciates good air quality in their home (especially if they have a young family)
  • is a minimalist and really would prefer something consumable as a gift
  • values quality above all else

If your budget is limited that is a consideration for you. I would like to talk to you about what Honey Candles has that should meet a tight budget. Here’s what we have for under $25.

Part of the Honey Candles® Ornamentals line is the Ponderosa Pine Cone beeswax candle. Exquisitely detailed, it only needs a pillar plate as a holder and perhaps some trimmed pine boughs, pine cones and Christmas ornaments to make a great centerpiece. It is now available in Brown as well as our original Natural beeswax.

Made in Canada gifts beeswax candlesLoved by so many – here’s our beeswax Yule Tree, available in NaturalForest Green and Pearl.  It is both elegant and simple with delicate lines and details. The Yule Tree is one of my favorite Christmas candles because it burns just the right amount of time.  When Christmas is over and I am ready to move into the New Year I have completely burned up my beeswax Yule Tree!

A third member of the Honey Candles Ornamental line is the Fluted Sphere. Available in so many colors you just have to look to believe it. For Christmas Natural is a classic. We also have Burgundy, Pearl, Forest Green and Red.

Under $25 is also the Honey Candles Red beeswax 3 inch pillar. So right for the holidays – it fills the room full of the natural sweet honey scent of beeswax when it burns. Each Honey Candles pillar comes with an instruction sheet under the label which we know the gift recipient will appreciate. We use is an enviro-dye to make our beeswax candles different colors. You might want to check out this article if you have questions about enviro-dyes. This might be the perfect hostess gift this holiday season!

I had the good fortune to be hired at Honey Candles in the fall of 2004. Experience managing a small rural printing business and 15 years as an elected public school trustee has been a benefit as Honey Candles moves through the need for flexibility and the demands of rapidly changing natural products marketing. I am the Sales Manager and most likely to be the one answering the phone when you call. Social Media and blogging for Honey Candles has been a recent addition to my list of skills.
